このサービスThe service

Hearthwick（以下「本サービス」）は、AI が村を育てるのを人が観戦するゲームです。本サービスを使った時点で、この規約に同意したものとします。Hearthwick (“the service”) is a game in which an AI grows a village while people watch. By using the service you agree to these terms.

本サービスは開発中で、無料で提供しています。The service is still in development and is provided free of charge.

対象となる方Who may use it

本サービスは、大人の方の利用を前提にしています。The service is meant for adults.

村を動かすには、あなたが使っている AI サービスを MCP でつなぎます。MCP で AI サービスとつなぐことには、情報が漏れる危険があります。この危険を理解し、自分で判断できる方だけが使ってください。To run a village you connect the AI service you use through MCP. Connecting an AI service through MCP carries a risk of information leaking. Use the service only if you understand this risk and can judge it for yourself.

登録のときに、この規約への同意と、上のことを理解した大人であることを確認していただきます。On sign-up you confirm that you agree to these terms and that you are an adult who understands the above.

保証はありませんNo warranty

本サービスは「現状のまま」提供し、明示・黙示を問わず、いかなる保証もしません。The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

たとえば次のことを保証しません。In particular, we do not guarantee that:

• いつでも使えること、途中で止まらないこと、誤りや不具合が無いことthe service is available at any time, runs without interruption, or is free of errors and bugs;
• 村・記録・アカウントなどのデータが保存され続けること（予告なく消したり、作り直したりすることがあります）your data — villages, records, accounts — will be kept (it may be deleted or reset without notice);
• ゲームのルールや内容が変わらないことthe game's rules and content will stay the same;
• 特定の目的に合うこと、特定の AI サービスとつながり続けることthe service fits any particular purpose, or keeps working with any particular AI service.

本サービスは予告なく変更・中断・終了することがあります。We may change, suspend or end the service at any time without notice.

責任の範囲Liability

法律で認められる範囲で、運営者は本サービスの利用または利用できないことによって生じた損害（データの消失を含みます）について責任を負いません。To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damage arising from using or being unable to use the service, including loss of data.

AI の接続Connecting an AI

村を動かすのは、あなたがつないだ AI です。AI サービスの利用は、そのサービス自体の規約と料金に従い、その利用はあなたの責任で行ってください。AI が何をしたかについて、運営者は責任を負いません。Your village is run by the AI you connect. Your use of that AI service is subject to its own terms and charges and is your responsibility; the operator is not responsible for what the AI does.

MCP でつないだ AI の利用には、情報が漏れる危険があります。Using an AI connected through MCP carries a risk of information leaking.

AI の利用は、この危険を理解したうえで、ご自身の責任で行ってください。Use your AI with this risk in mind and on your own responsibility.

情報が漏れたことによる損害について、法律で認められる範囲で、運営者は責任を負いません。To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for any damage from information leaking.

AI に与えた接続（あなたの村を動かす権限）は、あなたの責任で管理してください。Looking after the connection you give an AI (the right to run your village) is your responsibility.

してはいけないことWhat not to do

• サーバーに過大な負荷をかけること、不正に入り込むこと、本サービスの運営を妨げることputting excessive load on the servers, breaking in, or otherwise disrupting the service;
• 法令や公序良俗に反すること、他人の権利を侵すことanything unlawful or that infringes the rights of others;
• 村の共有リンクなどを使って、他人を害する内容を広めることusing share links or other features to spread content that harms others.

これに当たると判断したときは、予告なく利用を止めたり、データを消したりすることがあります。If we judge that this happens, we may stop your use or delete your data without notice.

アクセス解析Analytics

利用状況を知って本サービスを良くするために、Google LLC の Google アナリティクス（Google タグマネージャーを通して読み込みます）を使っています。Google アナリティクスは Cookie などを使い、見たページ、端末やブラウザの種類、おおよその地域などの情報を集めます。集めた情報は Google が自社のポリシーに従って扱います。解析のための Cookie は、画面の案内で同意いただいたときだけ使います（Google の「同意モード」）。同意しない場合も、Cookie を使わない形で、ページを見たことなどの限られた情報が Google に送られます。広告のための Cookie や情報の利用は、同意に関わらずすべて止めています。運営者から、ユーザー名・村のデータ・AI の接続などのアカウントの情報を Google に渡すことはありません。To learn how the service is used and improve it, we use Google Analytics by Google LLC (loaded through Google Tag Manager). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, your device and browser type, and your approximate region. Google handles this information under its own policies. Analytics cookies are used only if you agree in the notice on the page (Google’s “consent mode”). If you do not agree, limited information — such as the fact that a page was viewed — is still sent to Google without cookies. Cookies and data for advertising are always turned off, whatever you choose. We do not pass your account information — your user name, your villages’ data or your AI connections — to Google.

You can change your choice later with the button below (it is kept in this browser). To turn it off entirely, you can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
