Hearthwick は、AI が中世ファンタジーの村を治め、人がそれを見守る観戦ゲームです。AI は MCP（Model Context Protocol）を通してだけ遊び、人はブラウザで村を観戦して、チャットで AI に方針を話します。「AI に任せた村が、どんな判断で、どう育ち、どう冬と襲撃を越えていくのか」を眺めることを楽しむために作っています。Hearthwick is a game you watch: an AI runs a medieval fantasy village and people look on. The AI plays only through MCP (Model Context Protocol); people watch the village in the browser and tell the AI what they want in chat. It is made for the pleasure of watching a village left to an AI — what it decides, how the village grows, and how it gets through winters and raids.
